Refund policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Production begins when we start creating, processing, preparing, or manufacturing your personalized artwork or product. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, as all products are made specifically for each customer.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@furloom.co as soon as possible.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@furloom.co within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

Personalized Products

All Furloom products are custom-made and personalized. Because they are created specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Personal preference

  • Buyer error

European Union Customers

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Since all Furloom products are custom-made, orders are generally not eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun.

This does not affect your rights in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
